➜ Definitions

  • Services: Includes private boat tours, water taxi services, and sea and land transfers provided in the locations and under the conditions specified on the website.

    Customer: The individual or organization that makes the booking and uses the services.

    Operator: Sorrento Boat Trips, the official provider of the services.

➜ Bookings and Payments

Booking Methods
Bookings can be made online at sorrentoboattrips.com. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

➜ Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 10 days before the scheduled tour date.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour will incur a 70% charge of the total tour cost.

  • In case of no-show on the day of the tour, 100% of the tour amount will be charged.

  • In case of bad weather or sea conditions, the amount paid will be fully refunded or you will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for another day, based on availability.

➜ Changes and Rescheduling

Modification Requests
Any request to modify a booking must be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Operator’s Discretion
The Operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety reasons, operational needs, or due to weather conditions.

➜ Liability and Limitations

Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must follow the safety instructions provided by the staff. In the event of inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with the instructions, the Operator may suspend or terminate the service without any refund obligation.

Risk Acknowledgment
The Customer acknowledges that sea services involve inherent risks associated with the marine environment. Participation is voluntary.

Limitation of Liability
The Operator shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.

Force Majeure
The Operator shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., bad weather, road closures, unforeseen technical failures, strikes, etc.).

➜ Changes to the Terms

Sorrento Boat Trips reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after the amendments implies acceptance of the new terms.

➜ Personal Data Processing

By booking a tour, the Customer declares to have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
